如在搪瓷反應釜上設置金屬構件，只允許在夾套等非搪瓷件外表面施焊，焊接時(shí)速度要快，并采取相應的冷卻措施，若在管口、入口 、法蘭附近施焊應嚴密覆蓋各個(gè)管口，以免焊渣飛濺損傷搪瓷面。
